Falcon — End User Licence Agreement
Terms for authorised use of Falcon, the internal operations application used by 512 Solar staff.
Effective 7 October 2026
Who this applies to
Falcon is internal operations software owned and operated by 512 Solar. Access is granted only to employees and other personnel the company has specifically authorised.
By signing in to Falcon you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the application.
What you are permitted to do
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use Falcon for 512 Solar business, within the scope of your role. No other rights are granted.
What you may not do
While using Falcon you must not:
- Share your credentials, or let anyone else use your account.
- Access customer, job or financial records you do not need for your work.
- Copy, export or transmit customer or financial data outside company systems, except where your role requires it and the company has approved it.
- Use the application, or anything you see in it, for personal purposes or for any other business.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, probe or circumvent any part of the application or its security.
- Connect Falcon to any QuickBooks company other than 512 Solar's own.

Your account
Accounts are issued to individuals, not shared. You are responsible for activity under your account.
If you believe your credentials have been exposed, or that someone has accessed Falcon without authorisation, report it immediately to help@512solar.com or call (512) 827-3775.
The QuickBooks connection
Falcon connects to 512 Solar's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API, under an authorisation granted by the company. It reads customer and billing records and creates invoices for work performed.
That connection is a private integration for this company's own books. It is not an Intuit App Store product, and no other organisation's QuickBooks data passes through it.
Your use of QuickBooks itself remains governed by Intuit's own terms. Nothing here grants you rights in Intuit's software or services.
Ownership
Falcon, its source code, its design and the data it holds remain the property of 512 Solar. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Confidentiality
Falcon contains customer personal information and company financial records. Treat everything you see in it as confidential.
This obligation continues after your employment or engagement ends.
Availability
Falcon is provided for internal use as-is. The company does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, free of defects, or fit for any particular purpose, and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, 512 Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of Falcon.
When access ends
Your right to use Falcon ends immediately when your employment or authorisation ends, or when the company withdraws access for any reason. At that point you must stop using the application and must not retain copies of anything taken from it.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under it.
Changes
The company may update this agreement. Continued use of Falcon after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
