Service & repair
Producing less than it used to. We find out why.
A gradual drop and a sudden drop have different causes, and guessing is expensive. We measure the array against what it was designed to produce, then work out which part of it stopped pulling its weight.
What this includes
What you actually get.
Measured against the original design
We compare current output to the estimate the system was sold on, adjusted for season and weather. Without that baseline, 'it seems low' is not a diagnosis.
String and panel level
A single failed optimizer or one shaded panel can drag a whole string. We isolate it rather than replacing hardware hopefully.
The unglamorous causes
A tripped AC breaker, a corroded connector, a changed roofline, or a tree that grew. A surprising share of 'system failures' are one of these.
A written finding
You get what we found, what it is costing you in production, and what fixing it involves — before any work is authorised.

Two short steps. We'll come back with a real design and a real number — not a range designed to get us in your door.
